To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release of one of Queen Games' longest running titles, Metro is being re-imagined as Metro: City Edition. This new edition features all new artwork and six new expansions with a new mechanic, and will be the standard edition of Metro going forward. There will be a limited number of Deluxe Big Box sets, which will include all previously released content for Metro, as well as the following component upgrades:

• All 68 track tiles in transparent acrylic instead of cardboard
• Wooden wagons
• Cardboard tile dispenser to easily store track tile
• Custom insert
• 6 new expansions (Berlin, London, New York, Paris, St. Petersburg, Stockholm)
