Elusive Victory is a stand alone game that utilizes the Downtown game system to simulate the three major air conflicts which occurred in the Middle East from 1967 to 1973:

"The Six Day War of 1967" starting with a devastating surprise attack, the Israelis totally dominate the air war.
The long War of Attrition from 1967 to 1970 the Israelis remain superior, but the Egyptians began to markedly increase their capabilities.
The Ramadan or Yom Kippur War in October 1973 - the Israelis have to desperately fight back to overcome massive Egyptian radar and SAM defenses and reassert air superiority after suffering heavy initial losses.
