This is the second supplement for Skirmish Sangin and provides six new scenarios, ranging from convoys, rescuing downed pilots to police checkpoints. These utilize a wide variety of ISAF forces including New Zealanders, SEALs and Afghan National Police.

Additional rules also cover bringing helicopters onto the tabletop, JTAC's, drones and combat engineers. It also includes the 16 page Taliban ORBAT, providing the Taliban with more variety for creating their forces, as well as details on their lesser known allies such as the Chechens.
